Brad Waldron – An industry leader

 

Equally effective coaching on a 1:2:1 basis or developing teams and organizations to achieve greater performance and results, Brad has a proven record of helping others to succeed.

In Australia, the USA and Europe Brad has helped a wide range of businesses grow, re-launch, and flourish. His experience has taken him from launching Sony’s latest and best smart phone (Xperia Z) onto the world’s stage to helping leading sports world champions launch and promote their charities for children suffering with cancer and corporate sustainability (Ellen MacArthur Trust).

He provides a unique perspective in that he reigns from a dual exposure to winning – winning in business and winning in the sports arena. He harnesses a rare combination of insight, humor and practical strategies to increase performance whilst enabling people to get more fulfillment from their work role.
  • As a Business Strategist he provides winning formulas that take individuals and organizations to the next level. He has positively impacted and accelerated the performance of leading global brands such as L’Oreal, Sony and Britvic Soft Drinks.
  • As an Athlete he has competed Nationally and Internationally in three differing sports winning three National Titles and one International Championship.
  • As a Coach he works with outstanding business leaders using the skill set he developed from being an Accredited Sports Coach with the Australian Sporting Commission. He also uses the latest performance enhancement methods to help people gain mastery of the mental aspects of their business game.

In business Brad has consulted, trained and coached across multi matrix levels from Board of Directors and to Sales People.

His work assignments has lead him to living and working in Australia, the USA and the United Kingdom. He has worked with international peak performance coach Anthony Robbins in the UK and USA, was an official licensee for international author Dr Stephen Covey. In 1993 he became a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming through the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

His involvement in helping transforming people and growing businesses and is significant, and he speaks frequently to business leaders and organisations on business development, the new coroporate paradigm, leadership and entrepreneurship.

In 2012, 2013 and 2016 he won the OutPerformer of the Year award for speaking services from Vistage International – the Global forum for Chief Executive Officers.

His work has been featured in the NLP MasterClass, Financial Times, HR Managers Magazine and has authored numerous articles.

A native Australian who has spent more time living abroad than in Australia – Aussies consider him a tourist! He is a dedicated practitioner of helping people reach and perform to their potential. And that drives a culture of achievement in and through brands and organizations.

Ben Drakes – Rain Maker

Ben is an experienced coach, mentor and sales practitioner. Passionate about helping people be the best they can be, he delivers thought leadership and strategic development solutions to his clients. Ben increases sales performance through coaching both senior management and sales teams in consultative selling, presentation and communication skills and personal effectiveness.   Ben also mentors bidding teams to enhance the win probability on major deals. He has worked with a diverse range of clients across varied sectors such as, Technology, Retail, Advertising, Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services, Government, Travel and Hospitality and Utilities.   With an average deal size in excess of £100m, Ben cut his teeth in the big-ticket technology and outsourcing world where incredibly tight margins meant negotiating on price simply wasn’t an option. Creatively driving value into the deal was the key to success. Ben is a passionate advocate of the insight-led sales approach; helping the client achieve their goals and delivering increased sales value.   Ben has held leadership roles with FTSE 100 players Capita and Serco where he was responsible for securing over £1.5 billion of transformational partnerships with new clients in a number of global markets. These included Latin America, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.   After leaving the corporate world Ben began coaching and mentoring a range of clients from Fortune 500® companies, through to SMEs to become more effective at selling into their chosen markets. Ben subsequently joined forces with Intelligent Inspiration, led by Brad Waldron.
